4/22/17 Updates

Hey guys! Happy AP season!

Here's your (monthly) update on the club affairs! Hope you guys all went to yesterday's meeting! If not here are some thing that we covered (AND MORE)

Funds:

We have enough money in our account for about 4 backpacks (at $20 a set). And thus, we need to bring in money!

We have talked to Chick-Fil-A, Zipps, and Ginger Monkey about a possible car wash!

Now here's the exciting part: Ginger Monkey said yes!

It will be on Saturday May 13, 2017. The week after AP's! So join us for a car wash and help us collect materials to make this successful! (:

We will be updating the volunteer events tab with sign ups for times and items. All officers will be there the whole time!

Please note that any supply slot that doesn't get filled will have to be filled with the use of club funds:

In other words, if we need more supplies we will use club funds but that does dip into backpack money! So bring supplies and help us out as much as possible!

Spread the word so that we can maximize car washing while minimizing costs!
